We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Delivery and Handling Charges:
Delivery charges are at a flat rate of £3.99. However, deliveries to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland and Channel Islands maybe subject to an additional handling charge. We try our utmost to dispatch orders within 2 business days and deliver within 5. Where products are out of stock we will notify you via email or telephone that we are waiting for stock of the item, or offer an exchange, or refund for the missing item.
Delivery times can only be estimated as a commercial carrier is used.
All deliveries require a signature; therefore try to use an address that is not unattended. On our confirmation email, a consignment number will be given to you for Parcel Force deliveries. By doing so, you can track the status of your delivery via the Parcel Force web site. Parcel Force will attempt two deliveries after which your order will have to be collected from their depot.

Yume Pet Store Returns Policy complies with "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000".
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at info@yumepetstore.com with the order number and the product condition within 24 hours of receipt to obtain an authorization number for returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
Damaged/defective items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped along with the returns authorization number. After we receive the product, we will examine and test the defect of the item(s).
If we find the defect described in your email, we will ship you a replacement for the defective item(s). Otherwise, the original item will be shipped back to you.
Goods returned for any other reason must be in new and unused condition. In order to return goods you must email Yume Pet Store at info@yumepetstore.com within 7 working days from receipt of the goods. Returned goods may be subject to a delivery cost.
We recommend that you send your return via a reliable carrier and we are not responsible for lost returns.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Goods must be in new and unused condition and we reserve the right to charge for postage fee if goods have already been shipped.

|  Size Chart For Dog ApparelPlease measure your pet correctly using the following guidelines.
Dog Apparel:
For dog apparel, choose a size according to dogs' body length. This measurement is taken from the back of your dogs' body, starting from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. If your dog has a chubby body (never say to them they're chubby as you might hurt their feelings..hehe), we recommend going up by at least one size in order for a comfy fit.
Dogs like us humans come in all different shapes and sizes and in many cases their figure is not always in proportion to the length of their body. Hence to further help you with choosing the right size please refer to the following:
- S - Teacup Chihuahua or Small Puppy (8")
- M - Yorkshire Terrier, Chihuahua (10")
- L - Maltese, Toy Poodle, Miniature Pinscher (11")
- XL - Shih Tzu, Bichon Frise, Miniature Daschund (14-15")
- 2XL - Cavalier King Charles, Miniature Schauzer(16")
- 3XL - Cocker Spaniel, Westie
- 4XL - Damatian, Standard Poodle
Dog Collars:
This one is sometimes tricky. Some manufacturers go by the small, medium, large etc sizing. While others, use the length of the collar. Hence, we recommend that you use the size chart on the right to help with your choice of size. When measuring your pet please make sure you take the circumference of the neck where the collar will sit.
If you purchase an item that is the wrong size we will exchange it for another size (or a refund if no appropriate size is available/exists excluding any postage and packing costs) but will ask for additional postage costs at the same rate as your original order.
